Computer Life can offer seamless operation and support for all information systems and products it markets and recommends to its customers.
Having the appropriate human resources and the necessary stock of spare parts and consumables of each technology, it is able to cover the needs of these systems and provide every legitimate user of its products with Customer Support Services.
Support Services are provided to individual users or large organizations that require immediate and ongoing support.
The form of the Services is defined by the sales contracts and by the Hardware and Software Support Contracts of the customers with Computer Life.
A customer with a support contract is entitled to full access to all Computer Life services in priority over non-contract customers, and some services are provided free of charge.
Fee-based services
In the event that a Support Services contract has not been concluded with a customer, it is still possible to provide the Services on a time charge basis.
All services provided to the customer and included in the full Application Support Agreement are provided free of charge within the three-month warranty provided with the application purchase agreement.
Customer Support Services are available daily from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and in the evening from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. On Saturday only telephone Support is provided from 10:00 to 14:00.
