Main Responsibilities:
Installation of business software and customization based on customer needs
Technical customer support, problem analysis and resolution
Recording new needs and sending to application development department
User training
Desirable -not necessary- qualifications:
Knowledge of ERP programs (commercial management)
Proficiency in providing educational services
Team spirit and planning and organizational skills
Completed military obligations (for male candidates)
Knowledge of MS-SQL Server, possibly also knowledge of technologies: C# .NET Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Driver's License Holder
