Computer Life's technical department is made up of expert technicians and scientists who are always on the cutting edge of developments, are constantly updated on new technologies and new systems and can offer solutions to even the most specialized issues.

The Technical Support Services cover entirely the equipment mentioned in the customer's support contract and concern:

  • Preventive maintenance of machines at the customer's business premises and if deemed necessary at Computer Life facilities.
  • Various settings.
  • In the restoration of damage to the mechanical equipment of the installation. The spare parts and consumables used during the support of an installation.

Parts and consumables used in support of an installation are billed according to the applicable base Price List, unless otherwise stated in the customer's contract with Computer Life.

The amount of the contract is determined by the composition of the information system equipment and depends on the applicable Service Price List.
